About the Role
As a Salesforce Support Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting, enhancing, and managing the organisation's salesforce platform. You will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences while driving business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support and development for the Salesforce platform, aligning with the ICT Strategy to deliver effective solutions for users and stakeholders.
* Investigate and resolve Salesforce errors, data discrepancies, and system issues, making complex decisions to ensure operational efficiency.
* Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance Salesforce functionality, supporting the Business Applications Manager.
* Ensure policies and procedures are established and adhered to for the effective use of Salesforce across the organisation.
* Lead and manage projects that align with business objectives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
