Credit Control/Collections Executive Location: Salford, Manchester Salary: £26k-£30k (dependent on experience) Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Reports to: Collections Manager The Role Join our client's growing team as a Credit Control/Collections Executive, where you’ll play a vital role in recovering funds for invoice finance lenders and insolvency clients. Working in a modern, dynamic office, you’ll take ownership of cases, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned cases, using various methods to establish debtor contact and resolve disputes. Secure payments or agree on payment plans after assessing financial health and evidence. Ensure payment plans and promised payments are maintained. Prioritize workload to meet personal and team targets, maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Contribute to team productivity and adapt to changing business needs. Support special projects as assigned by the Collections Manager. Requirements Experience: Previous experience in credit control/collections essential. Invoice finance experience advantageous. Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (Sage or similar experience desirable).
