Summary
Our ckient is currently recruiting for a Residential Air Conditioning Engineer to join our current contract providing M&E Maintenance on a site in Ipswich.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will service and maintain A/C systems and carry out ppm, breakdown and repairs to air conditioning systems including vrv/f, split units and chilled water systems.
The position is Monday to Friday, 08:00 -17:00 Plus O/T, and on Call Allowance
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
1. Ensure service delivery is in strict compliance with company Health & Safety Policies & Procedures.
2. Undertaken planned preventive maintenance in line with SFG20
3. Undertake repairs and installation of M&E associated systems.
4. Be fully conversant with the Company procedures, associated guidance manuals and technical standards/regulations. Ensure use / implementation of CAFM tools and contractual and legislative obligations are adhered to by engineers.
5. Ensure that all documentation is completed within contractual terms and where applicable agreed with the Operations Managers per the Delegated Authorities Matrix.
6. Provision of technical support in all aspects of the contract
What we’re looking for :
An experienced AC Engineer working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service this is a role for you.
You will hold current qualifications to work as an AC engineer including;
7. NVQ in Refrigeration and Air conditioning commercial and industrial and /or City Guilds
8. F gas qualifications
