As National Account Manager you will:
* Have full contract and client relationship management and responsibility
* Enhance client retention through contract extensions and involvement with associated tendering activity
* Oversee on time and in full delivery of client rollouts through use of critical path planning
* Encourage sales growth through active promotion of cross-selling and account development
* Ensure margin protection through pricing reviews and price file maintenance
* Manage aged debt with clients
