About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Civils Project Manager to join our team. This role will be homebased, with daily travel to our sites, with the occasional overnight stays. Due to our solar sites locations, this role holder would be ideally located in England.
What You Will Do
* You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and delivery of the civils pipeline of projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are kept as per the contract.
* You will carry out site inspections and compile reports on the findings with recommendations.
* You will be responsible for compiling site and project update reports which will then be shared internally and go to the Clients.
* You will work with our civils contractors survey, any potential works, formalise a program of works and quotation to be shared with the client.
* You will assist liaising with Clients involving correspondence and face to face meetings.
* You will be contact and liaise with any planning authorities or environmental agencies etc associated for the need of the projects.
* You will be proactive and committed to provide an excellent service to our Clients.
* You will ensure full compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
* You will ensure that any works are in accordance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environment procedures and relevant H&S legislation.
* You will adhere to health and safety requirements at all times and help maintain and improve safety standards across the projects including H&S reporting and auditing.
Essential
What you’ll need to succeed
* Proven track record in managing Civil contractors and delivery of projects.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Able to remain composed and professional under pressure, keeping a positive outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail with an emphasis on safety.
* Clear communicator, with solid interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about personal development.
* Valid right to work in the UK.
Desirable
* Experience in a client facing account management/customer service role.
* Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and able to multitask effectively.
