We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Planner to join our established team in London to provide a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Repairs. You will develop open and collaborative relationships with colleagues and contractors, to promote and improve value for money and instil a culture of customer excellence.
Reporting to the Repairs & Operations Scheduling Team Leader you will ensure that repairs are recorded accurately, and jobs are scheduled, tracked, and monitored from initiation to completion, managing any follow up work and access arrangements.
As Repairs Planner you will be the first point of contact for customers and contractors chasing a repair request or wanting to alter appointed work. You will be responsible for logging repairs ensuring that the right level of detail is captured so that jobs can be completed within one visit, whenever possible. Planning, scheduling, and allocating all jobs so that the work can be managed within the agreed SLAs.

You will also be able to demonstrate the below essential skills and experience:
Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
Excellent oral and written communications.
Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Able to keep up to date with service developments, adapt to change and demonstrate a flexible/agile approach.
Knowledge of housing management including repairs and property maintenance.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Experience of working with subcontractors and scheduling work.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.

This position is being offered on a 12-month fixed term contract and is a full-time vacancy, hybrid working you'll spend 2 days in our West London office.
