Required as soon as possible - 37 hours per week, working compressed hours 7.45am - 6.00pm with one day off a week, 52 weeks a year

As Room Leader, you will:
• Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to thrive.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experienced in leading or supervising a nursery team.
• Passionate about child development and early education.
• An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
