The Best Connection Newcastle are looking to recruit an experienced office based Customer service Advisor / Administrator to work for our client based in Jarrow This role is full time and could become permanent for the right candidate.
The role:
* Basic admin duties including data entry, answering calls, responding to emails etc
* Using a bespoke IT system to enter information etc (training is provided)
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
The ideal candidate:
* Admin experience in a fast paced environment (call centre experience an advantage)
* Must be accurate when entering data into computers
* Familiar with Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel and Word
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Reliable, punctual and hard working
Hours + Pay:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:30am - 17.00pm
* £12.00 per hour
