3rd Line Support Engineer Location : Kingston-Upon-Thames Salary: £50,000-£53,000 Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on site We are looking for a proven 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our client providing software support to their customs by undertaking diagnosis and analysis then implementing solutions. You will act as the escalation point for reported issues or queries and log and track the resolutions to the customers. Key Responsiblities: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Maintain the high level of customer service Escalate cases where necessary by arranging technical support or escalating to engineering and development teams Keep up to date with emerging technologies and maintain the customer documentation Set up and monitoring of cloud-based systems Undertake small to medium sized IT projects Provide internal desktop support Manage 3rd party software applications and suppliers Work collaboratively with senior 3rd line support to undertake installs for cloud systems Key Skills: Experience with set up and maintenance of Windows servers Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange and MS Office Good experience with SQL Good understanding of Azure Portal Experience with networking, switches and firewalls Comfortable building resilient solutions Strives to continue learning and development We are looking for someone who has experience within a 3rd Line role and is comfortable working with SQL and Azure.
