At Akari care, we are looking for a dedicated Regional Manager to join our operations team.
The Role
As a Regional Manager it will be your role to support a portfolio of homes where needed, carry out audits and help deliver action plans.
The right candidate will be pragmatic in their approach and be able to balance running a caring and empathetic service alongside achieving business results.
The aim of this role is to provide support to our homes across the selected portfolio and work in partnership with the home managers. You will be there to help support the homes and help deliver excellent leadership and care to staff and residents.
What we need from you?
You have a minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
Be a Registered Nurse and hold an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN;
You have experience working in the health care sector
Be an experienced Manager within residential, nursing or dementia care
Multi site experience
You possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
