The Role
The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, with responsibility for strategy, execution, and performance. Working closely with senior leadership and the marketing team, the role requires someone who can manage end-to-end campaigns, produce high-quality content, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute a content calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, and promotional materials.
* Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media (especially LinkedIn), and email campaigns.
* Oversee the use of CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
* Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
* Develop and maintain marketing materials, with an emphasis on design and quality.
* Propose improvements to current marketing tools and strategies.
Qualifications:
* 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B or professional services.
* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
* Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., InDesign or Illustrator) would be a significant advantage.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
* Confidence in managing multiple priorities and working with senior stakeholders.
