Position: Registered Manager for Children's 2-Bed EBD Home
Salary: Up to GBP50,000 DOE + Annual Quality and Commercial Bonuses of GBP5,000
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up to a Registered Manager role or a Registered Manager ready for their next move? About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and a positive team environment. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the service and supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Development:
o Manage and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Staff.
o Ensure a positive, person-centred, and therapeutic environment.
o Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management.
* Care & Safeguarding:
o Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people with EBD.
o Implement and oversee individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.
o Work in partnership with social workers, families, and external agencies.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance:
o Maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
o Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
o Monitor and review the home s performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role or as a Deputy Manager
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
