Your Job As part of our outbound Sales team, we are looking for an experienced, customer driven, creative Sales profile, who will be owning the front-end Commercial performance of the assigned territory/accounts. Your primary focus is to build win-win value propositions and create business opportunities, by building close relationships with customers, understand customer strategies/priorities and anticipate customer needs. Our Team You will be working as part of a dynamic Regional Accounts team dedicated to creating leads and opportunities across the Europe region, which includes Western Europe, Africa and CIS (Caspian region). The successful candidate will report to the Commercial leader, who is based in Dudelange (Luxembourg). You will work in close collaboration with the Sales & Applications team based in Luxembourg. What You Will Do Understand and anticipate customer needs. Build creative win-win value propositions, providing solutions that are preferred compared with alternatives. Develop tactics to generate incremental profitable market share, through the development of preferred partnerships. Capture and select opportunities. Set priorities. Help define Sales and Marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Global Product Manager and Business Development teams. Capture and share market intel (‘voice of customer’, competitive landscape, trends). Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven experience in Key Account management, Sales or similar roles. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers. Good interpersonal skills. Fluent in English. Experience working with diverse teams. Proactive. High availability to travel. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in the industry (Refining, Petrochemical). Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
