Salary: £25,349 to £29,253 per annum

We're recruiting for two Council Tax and Utilities Administrators to join our team in Birmingham.
You'll be supporting the housing and finance teams in assessing, recording and investigating, where appropriate, incoming council tax and utilities communications for Clarion properties. The role involves communicating with both local authorities and utility suppliers and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for tracking and monitoring business liability for council tax and utility and supporting housing and finance colleagues to manage the void processes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of administration in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to problem solve effectively and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing recommendations.
