This is an exciting leadership role within Bolton Start Well Service to lead the early prevention work in early years through the Family Hubs and the Universal development check for all 18 month old children. The full time permanent post holder will lead and coordinate the work of the Locality Practitioner team and family hub staff and as part of the Leadership team contribute to the delivery of a quality early years programme delivered through the Family Hubs. This Leadership role will work closely with partners in the 0-19 Children and Young people s Health and Wellbeing service. The postholder will focus on narrowing the gap in attainment for children with SEND through the development and dissemination of effective EYFS practice through the Family Hub and 18 month development check.
