The Role of an Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will develop strong customer relationships in a cluster of store's offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. What do you need to succeed as an Assistant Manager?

* Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets, prioritise tasks and consistently meeting deadlines with a strong focus on finding solutions.
* Excellent organisational abilities, with a talent for balancing workloads and meeting service demands.
* Holds a valid driver's license (You will operate a company van.)
What does the Assistant Manager involve?
* Independently support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder’s merchant in the absence of the Merchant Branch Manager, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business, long-term loyalty and optimising sales through effective sales techniques.
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am until 12:00pm
