Your role The Marketing Director UKF is responsible to lead the full-funnel marketing function for Corpay’s market-leading payments business in the UK, specializing in fuel cards, EV payment solutions and business payment cards. The role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention across multiple segments from SMB through to Corporate clients. The role is a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives, driving growth and revenue. The role leads a segment-led marketing team and collaborates with the Marketing COE to ensure best-in-class execution of activity, whilst maintaining strong stakeholder engagement at all levels. What you'll be doing KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Strategic Leadership & Marketing Roadmap Develop and implement a long-term marketing strategy that is fully integrated with the sales function, ensuring alignment with business goals Own the marketing roadmap, ensuring a structured, data-driven approach to brand positioning, lead generation and customer retention Lead and evolve the multi-channel marketing strategy (excluding Paid media), covering PR, content, email, CRM, partnerships, events and organic social media Define the segmentation strategy across SMB, mid-market and Corporate to ensure tailored marketing campaigns and customer engagement Brand & Demand Generation: Own and drive growth predominantly of the Allstar brand (although, consideration to TFC & KF as appropriate), ensuring consistent positioning and differentiation in a competitive market Lead integrated campaigns to drive lead generation, leveraging PR, digital content, email, partnerships and direct marketing Ensure alignment between marketing and customer success team to maximise retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and services Work with the Marketing COE to support the definition of the value proposition and messaging for our fuel cards, EV payments and business payment solutions to drive adoption and competitive advantage Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Lead a high-performing, segment-led marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment across acquisition and retention initiatives Work closely with sales leadership, ensuring marketing contributes effectively to pipeline growth and sales enablement Act as the primary marketing liaison with the Marketing COF, leveraging best practices and centralised resources where appropriate Drive a data-led approach, ensuring performance metrics, reporting and insights from ongoing optimisation of marketing activity KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing within B2B payments, fintech or fuel/EV card sectors Sound understanding of the regulatory landscape and Consumer Duty ensuring marketing strategies comply with industry regulations and best practices Strong strategic marketing expertise with a track record of building and executing high-impact marketing roadmaps Excellent understanding of full-funnel marketing, including brand, PR, content, CRM and lead generation Experience in stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with sales, product and customer success teams in particular Deep understanding of segment-led marketing with experience in targeting SMB through to large corporate clients, data-driven with a focus on performance and analytics A commercially minded leader, comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary (depending on experience) Bonus plan (upto 20%) and a car allowance 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
