The Role- As part of the Content Chapter reporting to the Head of Content, you will lead a discipline of well-respected, embedded Content Designers. You’ll build relationships across our Product chapters to continue existing advocacy and shape CX strategy across the bank. Your team leadership will shape careers and encourage a strong team alongside our Lead Copywriter and Content Strategist. Your experience will uphold and further develop best-in-class standards for content in our products and services, to help customers achieve good outcomes. Responsibilities: • Drive a team that provides partnership, challenge and good customer outcomes to product through rigorous content design • Lead a strong and supportive team of UX writers, developing their strengths to shape a leading partner in our product development • Develop standards that shape consistent, customer-centric experiences across the board and drive commercial goals • Refine processes and ensure good adherence to our internal control standards across the team • Build relationships to shepherd content through reviews with multiple stakeholders, creating alignment around solutions • Create, present, and document proposed solutions from the big ideas to the smallest components. Skills/ Qualifications: • 8 years relevant experience in UX writing, with at least some in a financial or regulated industry • Experience leading a small-to-medium-sized team • Experience working with Agile and Product teams • Experience defining standards and growing team members • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities on concurrent, rigorous deadlines • To be considered for this position, you must have a portfolio available for review ICBCareers
