Dolby Vivisol is currently hiring for a Prescriptions (HOOF) Coordinator at their modern office based in Manor Royal, Crawley. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to process installations and prescriptions to support our patients across the UK. We offer a generous package including 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), excellent training and development programs, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, as well as a starting salary of £23,891 per annum, increasing after successful probation.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Responding to patient prescriptions in a timely manner, including prescription confirmation/rejection and product availability
* Processing prescriptions, liaising closely with prescribers and responding to their needs
* Ensuring accurate information is entered into the system
* Providing stock requirements as needed
* Managing the prescribers line and dealing with any queries in a timely manner
* Dealing with all enquiries from prescribers in an empathetic and effective manner within company/contract agreed timescales
* Ensuring that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
* Working with the Senior Customer Service Coordinator on process improvements and projects
* Providing support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required
Required candidate experience:
* Previous customer service experience (1 year), ideally office or call centre based
* Excellent phone manner
* Excellent IT skills with the ability to record data accurately
* An Enhanced DBS (provided for you as part of the probation process)
