Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for an SC cleared Service Level Reporting Manager on an initial 6 month contract. The role will be based fully onsite, Salisbury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring all services are accurately described and categorised.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue meets their needs.
- Service Documentation: Ensure all service descriptions, SLAs, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve the service catalogue to enhance usability and relevance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the service catalogue, ensuring they understand how to access and utilise the information.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and usage of the service catalogue.
