Role Summary The Product & Licensing Executive supports the product and design team by assisting with the management and coordination of both own and licensed products. This role is responsible for tracking the performance of both licensed and non-licensed products, assisting with the preparation of licensing agreements, and supporting internal teams with product-related needs. Additionally, the Product & Licensing Assistant will liaise with external licensing partners to maintain strong relationships and facilitate smooth communication. The role involves close collaboration with various internal departments, including marketing, creative and sales, to ensure the seamless execution and timely delivery of all product initiatives. Role Details · Assist in identifying potential product and licensing opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas. · Coordinate with external licensing partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects. · Support the product development team by tracking product timelines, ensuring all products and other assets meet market requirements, and adhere to brand guidelines. · Liaise with the marketing, operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of both own and licensed product launches. · Help prepare product presentations and sales reports for internal and external stakeholders. · Organize and maintain files, contracts, and related documents. · Provide general administrative support to the product team, including scheduling meetings and overseeing project progress. Needs to be / Need to have · Bachelor’s degree in Product, Buying or Merchandising (or equivalent experience). · 1 years of experience in a product or administrative support role, ideally in consumer goods or licensing sector. · Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. · Proactive and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
