As a leader of the value realization office that isresponsible for 4 key service lines (namely Software assetmanagement, Supplier performance management, Data excellenceoffice and Value delivery office) its imperative to deliveroutcomes that is measured through OKR’S KPI’S across all aspects ofOGSM ( Value, Quality, Experience and Associate empowerment) andsimplify the ways of working across enterprise by crushingcomplexity ( Easier is better). As a People Leader, you will beresponsible to build an amazing culture enabling associate tothrive driven by Mars Values and 5principles.
What arewe looking for?
* Proventrack record in being amazing PeopleManager.
* Proven track record in managingstrategic and operational suppliers/partners (Global, regional ,local)
* Proven track record in managing anddelivering value through visionary software asset managementstrategy and execution
* Proven track record indriving and delivering 360 degree value to enterprise – TechnologyMetrics, Business metrics, NPS, XLA etc
* Proventrack record in implementing the data and analytics capabilities todeliver value /insights
* Proven trackrecord in senior stakeholdermanagement
* Master’s degree in engineering,management, and related field preferred, or equivalent, orequivalent experience
* Preferably provenconsulting experience in the Consumer Products GoodIndustry
Whatwill be your keyresponsibilities?
* Work inpartnership with the GDO service lines (Business Delivery Services,Enterprise Delivery Services, Information Security, Segmenttechnology office),Copilots (Commercial, legal, Finance ) andwider organization (Enterprise and Segments) to design andimplement best in class and fit for purpose Supplier/PartnerManagement office strategy that aligns with organization goals andstrategy
* Responsible for managing and excelling geographically diverse and disperse team – Building winningCulture, coaching and mentoringetc.
* Collaborates with the Service lines andsuppliers to define and deliver strategicgoals
* Responsible for supplier outcomes(Meeting and exceeding performance metrics) and enabling Marsas the Customer of Choice .
* Drive Effectivecadences ( Operational, Strategic, Top to Top etc.) to assess thesupplier performance and drive right and intentionalpartnership
* Design and implement best in classsoftware asset and IT Asset management function (Process,methodology, framework and metrics) to realize the investment ,in-depth analysis of the Software and hard ware stacks, unlock thevalue of asset, drive efficiency and effectiveness and adherenceto organization compliance and policyprotocol
* Influence softwarepublisher’s/provider’s licensing, commercial policies andsimplifies the engagement model.
* Responsiblefor implementing the value management framework that demonstratesthe impact of GDO to Segments and Enterprise through Metrics –Business Agility, Operational resiliency, cost efficiency ,Quality and Customer satisfaction Metrics ( CSAT, NPS, XLAetc)
* Responsible for implementing the Dataexcellence office framework that will provide insights to GDOorganization to take decisive actions to drive efficiency andeffectiveness and also acts as one source of truth for the GDOMetrics.
* Publishes the Monthly, Quarterly andon demand performance metrics to the GDOstakeholders
