Ready to take on a pivotal role in aviation asset management? Join us as a Teardown & Major Asset Support Coordinator and be instrumental in optimising our aircraft teardown processes.
What you'll be doing
* Reviewing technical records for completeness and accuracy to ensure all information is available for the teardown process.
* Coordinating and managing the aircraft teardown process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
* Monitoring component receipt to ensure correct booking of part/serial numbers and prompt resolution of any issues.
* Creating and distributing complete mini-packs from technical records on all assets, maintaining them in the appropriate location.
* Providing technical evaluations of assets to support aircraft modeling and pricing.
* Evaluating and optimizing teardown process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Managing technical reviews on MA/Customer projects and coordinating technical major asset programs with customers and projects as needed.
* Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the teardown process and maximize asset value.
Job requirements
About you
* Aircraft Knowledge: In-depth understanding of aircraft and familiarity with navigating aircraft systems.
* Component Familiarity: Proficient in identifying and understanding the technical abilities of various aircraft components.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and methods within the aviation industry.
* Passion for Aviation: Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for the aviation industry.
* Detail-Oriented Problem Solving: A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving ensures accuracy and precision in all your work.
* Highly Organised: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Experience: Previous experience in an aviation-related role is highly desirable.
