This is a highly varied role that will involve everything from traditional admin support to assisting with social media activities. Fitness ●Hybrid/ Remote ● Working Hours: 10 hours p/w (minimum) The Role Administrative Support: Handle general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and responding to inquiries. Assist in preparing and maintaining recruitment documentation, including job postings and candidate records. Scheduling & Coordination: Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities between candidates and clients. Manage calendars and appointments for the recruitment team, ensuring all tasks are on track. Social Media Assistance: Help with social media content scheduling, posting, and monitoring across platforms. Provide support in creating engaging posts that promote job openings, client success stories, and company updates. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, clients, and internal staff, ensuring clear and timely communication. Relay important updates, meeting schedules, and other key information to all stakeholders. Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input and maintain data in the recruitment management system. Generate reports related to candidate progress, client interactions, and recruitment KPIs. General Support: Help manage the overall efficiency of day to day operations. The Person A team player who is adaptable and able to work independently. Motivated to contribute to the success of a growing company. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
