Purchase Ledger Clerk - Temp to Perm Location: Birchwood (with option to work from home 1 day per week) Hours: Part-time or Full-time (20-37.5 hours per week) Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week temp period with view to go permanent based on performance) About the Role: We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our small, friendly finance team of three. Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, batching, and coding invoices Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Preparing payment runs Dealing with supplier queries in a timely and professional manner Supporting month-end processes as required What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger/accounts payable role Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Confident using accounting software and Excel Strong communication skills What's on Offer: Flexible working hours (20-37.5 per week) Opportunity to work from home one day a week Friendly, close-knit team environment Temp-to-perm opportunity with a view to going permanent after 12 weeks
