Our Reward & Incentives team is part of our fast-growing Employer Solutions group, working alongside colleagues specialising in Employment Tax and Global Mobility. About the role
As a result of the continually growing demand for our specialist services, we are looking for an individual to join our expanding National Employer Solutions Group, as a Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the needs of a diverse range of clients in providing a variety of share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice and legal implementation. This will involve a significant amount of client contact as well as providing support to more senior colleagues in the Employer Solutions team. The position will present varied challenges and give you the responsibility to fully stretch and grow your skills, offering excellent development potential.

Responsibilities:
* Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs.
* Working on the implementation of new employee incentive schemes from the initial design phase through to the drafting of documentation and final implementation.
* Helping clients to report their share schemes to HMRC.
* Providing advice on the tax treatment of a wide range of share schemes including EMI options, other HMRC tax-advantaged share plans and growth shares.
* Advising on the valuation of shares for tax purposes.
* Drafting legal documentation for the implementation of incentive structures.
* Undertaking due diligence on employment related securities matters on M&A transactions, working alongside our Corporate Finance colleagues.
* Working alongside our RSM colleagues from across the world to provide advice on international share incentive structures.
* Building relationships with clients through frequently attending client meetings and helping clients find solutions to their problems.
* Ensuring that all of the firm’s standard procedures and quality standards are met and dealing with the professional conduct and conflict rules and other obligations involved with on-boarding and maintaining clients.
* Taking responsibility for financial matters such as billing and monitoring the progress of each project against budgets.
* Growing and maintaining your technical knowledge through appropriate reading and courses and fulfilling professional bodies’ CPD requirements.
* Researching and preparing proposals for new work.
About the ideal candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will have strong experience in equity incentives / reward work gained in a high quality professional services environment (applicants from either an accountancy or legal background will be considered). Your current role will either be fully specialised advising in this area, or it will constitute a substantial proportion of your work.
