Key Worker Role
Location: Bulwell, Nottingham
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their journey to independence? Join a dedicated team at a cosy two-bedroom property in Bulwell, Nottingham, as a Care Leavers Key Worker. We will support 16-21-year-old care leavers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 4 days off.
o 2pm - 10pm: First Shift
o 10pm - 7am: Sleep In Shift
o 7am - 10:30am: Morning Shift to Finish
* Hands-on role with minimal admin time.
* Escorting young people to GP appointments.
* Assisting with cooking, cleaning, and independent living skills.
* Conducting risk assessments and management reports.
Benefits:

* Hourly Pay: £12.21
* Sleep In Pay: £70
* 28 Days Annual Leave.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with young people.
* Ability to work independently.
* Driver desirable but not essential.
* Commitment to achieving NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care (if taken on permanently).
Additional Information:
* At first, a temporary role with the possibility to transition to a permanent position (TTP) later, must be able to commit to at least 12 weeks.
