We are looking for an E&I Maintenance Planner to join our clients team in Grangemouth.
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing all emerging maintenance work orders, ensuring accurate and sufficient data is captured
* Generating detailed maintenance plans and ordering necessary materials
* Liaising with the Procurement Department to raise purchase orders for any required external services
* Assessing risk assessments and method statements, ensuring they are built correctly
* Arranging task-based risk assessments as needed
* Expediting materials to keep projects on track
* Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, from technicians to management
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A formal Apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation or Analyser disciplines
* SVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering subject (Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent)
* HNC in an appropriate engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent)
* At least 10 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance environment
* Previous experience working on a top-tier COMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazards) site
* A detailed understanding of the maintenance workflow process and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
* Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Knowledge of national and international maintenance standards
* Experience with Maximo CMMS would be beneficial
