Key Responsibilities

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £24,790-£34,370 per annum, based on experience, with a pro-rata allowance for holiday pay. This is a permanent contract, 4 nights per week, term-time only.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification in a field such as childcare or education.
* Proven experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
