What You'll Be Doing
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll spearhead the delivery of top-tier services encompassing case management, health surveillance, screening, and health promotion. You will be responsible for the provision of proactive Occupational Health to the client and to coordinate defined OH activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards.

The ideal candidate will embody the essence of quality service, representing RPS (Tetratech) with integrity and professionalism. Key qualifications include:
* Registered Nurse on NMC Register, holding a post-registration qualification in OH
* Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, fitness for work and screening procedure (must be proficient with interpreting health surveillance results including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS)
* Robust clinical governance attitude and leads by example to their team and the business
* Excellent communication skills and ability to chair regular team meetings
* Approachable style and easy to connect with
* Pragmatic approach and strong decision-making ability
* High degree of self-motivation and management
* Strong organisational skills
* Proficient IT skills including MS Word / Excel / Teams or equivalent
* Strong team player and able to lead by example
* Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
* Able to occasionally travel to team meetings and Manchester/Gloucestershire sites
