Role Overview
As an Accountants Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow, control, and storage of documentation related to our engineering, procurement, and construction activities. You will maintain and manage technical and contractual documentation for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining Financial Records
* Recording financial transactions accurately and promptly using accounting software or manual ledgers.
* Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, bill payments, and customer invoicing.
* Bank Reconciliation
* Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
* Resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner to maintain financial integrity.
* Financial Reporting
* Generating financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
