Reviewing training syllabuses to ensure factual accuracy and relevance. Acting as the subject matter expert to validate the accuracy of content produced by the team. Collaborating with trainers, content developers, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive training materials. Proactively monitoring and updating course content to reflect changes in legislation and industry guidance. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have: A NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Experience in a similar role, focusing on content development and validation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. It would be great if you also have: Additional Health, Safety, and Environmental qualifications. Experience using the Adobe suite with proficiency in InDesign. Teaching or tutoring experience.
