After successful contract wins a main contractor is looking for a Project Manager to oversee several high profile contacts. Staff management including direct reports – 3 x Site Managers, 2 Project Co-ordinators, 1 Administrator. Managing various programmes including FRA, disrepair and planned maintenance works. Duties will include, • Produce construction phase plan and monitor throughout the project • Consider tender preliminaries against actual requirements and review monthly • Produce Procurement Schedules & IRS with Site Manager • Request, collate and distribute all contractual documentation required • Overall control of site activities and daily work operations • Supervise and manage other members of the site team • Produce construction and target programme and review on a weekly/daily basis, including updating progress • Attend and chair pre-start meetings with client, subcontract consultants, design team and site team
