About Us
We are an online retailer selling high-quality natural fibre yarns and premium knitting and crochet products worldwide. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team to help process orders starting immediately.
Experience in warehouse operations, goods in/goods out, and ecommerce fulfilment would be a significant advantage.
LOCATION: CH1 4NP
HOURS: Mon - Friday 9am - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Receiving stock deliveries, checking, and putting away stock.
2. Order fulfilment including picking, packing, and labeling orders for posting.
3. Ensuring stock locations and levels are correct, including periodic stock checks and communicating discrepancies to be updated on the system.
4. Maintaining a tidy and ordered warehouse.
Your Profile:
1. You will have some experience in online retail order fulfilment, warehousing, and stock management.
2. Your previous experience will demonstrate the ability to work accurately and at speed.
3. You will be a motivated individual with a bright personality – we’re a small team and need people who can use initiative and work with a degree of independence.
4. You will be a good communicator and team player able to integrate with other team members.
5. Knowledge, skills, and interest in knitting or crochet would be beneficial but not essential.
6. We are located out of town, so you need to be able to drive to work each day.
