Drive Digital Innovation: Be the Catalyst for Change as a Digital Business Analyst!
We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic Digital function. In this role, you will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and managing the requirement lifecycle, ensuring that user stories are clear, concise, and ready for build. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery.
What will I be doing?
* Collaborate with stakeholders to build a well-organized product backlog.
* Write high-quality user stories and tasks.
* Elicit and manage requirements throughout their lifecycle.
* Evaluate and provide feedback on prospective solutions and designs.
* Document 'As is' and 'To be' process flows as needed.
* Support the Scrum Master in managing the flow of work within sprints.
* Act as a proxy Product Owner when required.
What do I need?
* Strong BA experience within an Agile environment, proficient in story mapping, prioritisation, and MVP identification.
* Strong skills in process and data modelling, requirements capture and analysis, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, including executives and subject matter experts.
* Familiar with Agile software development, expert in using Jira, and possessing strong technical knowledge of architectural models, database technologies, and development methodologies.
* Analytical and quick logical thinker with a confident and engaging communication style, diligent, data-driven, and committed to continual assessment and improvement.
* Pragmatic and adaptable to business needs, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing best-in-class user stories/EPICs.
