Role is based in Glengormley/ Newtownabbey
Salary
£70,000 - £80,000 Base (Negotiable Salary) + Fantastic Benefits Package
Job Purpose
* Lead and motivate operational and sales teams to deliver exceptional performance by setting clear objectives and targets, monitoring, and reviewing progress and supporting them in the delivery of their targets.
* Work to maximize efficiencies and operations in line with Key Performance and budget expectations.
* Lead the ongoing development of the business, through developing recruitment and attraction strategies in line with business needs.
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support delivery of client projects/requirements.
* Create and present client presentations/bids/RFI's and proposals.
* Prepare and implement plans for new projects in line with company objectives.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the business meets its objectives.
* Act as a senior point of contact for clients and play an integral role in the retention and development of existing and new business.
* Ensure compliance & contractual requirements are met (both internal and external), identify and highlight any gaps/risks and put appropriate measures in place to eliminate the same.
* Develop and control operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters.
The Ideal Person:
* 5-7 years experience at management level within manpower or contracting environment.
* Tendering and Contract Negotiation experience is essential for this role.
* Large scale projects across Ireland & Europe are highly sought after.
* Excellent people management skills - driving accountability and delivering results through people management.
* Demonstrable experience of customer relationship management.
* Problem solving and decision-making ability, continual improvement mindset, with experience of driving efficiency, savings, and growth.
* Good financial and business acumen with experience of managing budgets.
* Strong commercial negotiation skills to include contract negotiations.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Confidence & resilience.
* Results oriented and target driven.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
