As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
1. Correspond with customers via email and telephone
2. Build great relationships
3. Understand customer requirements and ensure that the company is meeting their needs
4. Deal with customer queries/issues
5. Accurately process customers' orders received and update CRM records
6. Ensure customers are aware of the latest offers and services
7. Arrange meetings for the Account Manager to visit customers
8. Make outbound service calls to prompt/take customers' orders and provide status updates on outstanding orders
The Customer Service Advisor will have:
1. A welcoming, confident, and enthusiastic attitude and a professional telephone manner
2. An ability to interpret customers' needs, offer solutions, and upsell where appropriate
3. Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to correspond with customers via email and on the telephone
4. The ability to build and grow customer relationships
5. Be a team player, keen to learn, grow, and succeed
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum
