Due to an increase in customer demand in our clients business, they are now recruiting for an Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the Bradford Area on a days based position.
This role offers the opportunity to work for a true independent market leader and established global brand. Role Description
1. Maximise plant reliability through PPM tasks
2. Undertake reactive fault finding and repairs on production equipment where required
3. Contribute to process and systems improvement across site
4. Take responsibility for organising electrical safety checks and inspections
5. Maintain stock levels of machinery spares
6. Implement best practice H&S measures and contribute to the improvement of emergency procedures.
7. Assume responsibility for contractor control on site
Skills and Qualifications
8. Apprentice trained Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
9. 17th / 18th Edition Electrical Regulations
10. Strong knowledge with PLC’s, HMI’s, Instrumentation, Relays, Drives, Invertors.
11. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
12. Experience within a processing or manufacturing environment
