Employment Law Partner/Director

Think Legal Recruitment is working with a highly-regarded, multi-service commercial law firm in South Yorkshire, looking for an experienced employment lawyer to head up their small team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer already at Director/Partner level, or a Senior/Managing Associate looking to take that next step up.
The firm has a great reputation in the Yorkshire market and offers excellent quality work comparable to some of the larger national practices, with a far better culture that actively encourages a true work/life balance.
There is an existing caseload, and much of the work comes in on a respondent basis through word of mouth and reputation, as well as from the incredibly busy corporate and commercial team.
The role involves a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters, focusing on acting for respondent businesses while also representing executive-level employees on the claimant side.
You will have full autonomy to grow the department in your own image, supported by a bright and hardworking junior-mid level solicitor and an assistant.
