Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Oldham Salary: £15 - £15.50 per hour Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm (Monday to Friday, term time only) Are you committed to improving the lives of children and young people? We are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor who can inspire children and young people with complex learning through a highly personalised curriculum. Our children and young people need engaging, creative, practical learning and so delivering staff need the ability to thrive in a flexible curriculum structure and fully utilise our fantastic facilities to offer personalised programmes. Staff at our school are encouraged to take a creative approach, seeking ways to positively engage with and motivate all children and young people through sessions that promote learning as well as offer experiences, develop independence and promote life skills. The Cover Supervisor position will deliver lessons to all the children and young people who attend the provision when the teacher is absent as well as covering Teaching Assistants when they are absent. About us: The young people at the school all have an EHCP. Our provision meets the needs of a range of SEN including Autism, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health & Medical needs and related behavioural difficulties. Our school provides care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
