Business Unit: COO, Data Systems
Salary Range: £50,000 – 60,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits
Location: UK Hybrid – remote working with occasional travel to one of our hubs.

Our team
Data Platforms and Engineering partner with all areas of the bank to deliver data solutions utilising new technologies and strategies that underpin the Bank of the Future. We’re responsible for developing key strategic data platforms that help support and drive both business and regulatory strategic outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
* Deliver effective process and governance to ensure quality of deliverables and responsibilities.
* Minimise and manage risks within agreed policies and procedures.
* Ensure adherence and compliance to Data Management Framework.
* Identify and deliver process and productivity improvements.
* Effectively manage business unit targets and delivery of change whilst demonstrating commercial awareness.
* Work with the Data Systems LT to co-ordinate activity across Tribe’s and Squad’s with non-Agile CIO deliveries.
We need you to have
* Experience of managing and delivering medium to large projects (£1m - £2m) of complexity or managing numerous complex streams within a larger program.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
* Experience of managing contract and/or third-party vendors and suppliers.
* Significant experience of working with a Programme Manager as well as developing and building relationships with multiple internal and/or external stakeholders.
* Experience of management forecasting/analysis and reporting.
* An understanding of project and program management methodologies, tools, and processes across the project and program lifecycle.
* Experience and knowledge of Agile development.
It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
* A project management professional accreditation, such as the APM - Association for Project Managers.
* Knowledge of the bank’s project lifecycle frame.
