Our client, a leading set of Chambers, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration & Marketing Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of Chambers, working across administration, marketing, and occasionally accounts.
Your duties will include managing website updates, social media content and assisting with client and internal events. You will also help organise webinars, podcasts, and promotional initiatives, while keeping the client relationship database accurate and up to date. On the administrative side, you will oversee meeting coordination, supplier management as well as acting as the first point of contact for IT issues. Additionally, you will support the accounts team by entering invoices into Xero, maintaining case statuses, and updating portals.
