Within this Trainee Solicitor role, you will be working on matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Advising on the sales and purchases of farmland, agricultural properties and woodland New leases and renewal leases Development land acquisitions Estate and portfolio management Caravan, camping and holiday parks leisure-based property management Commercial Secured Lending As well as this, the legal practice is multi-sector, meaning there will be plenty of opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of law during your Training Contract. The successful candidate for this Trainee Solicitor position will be highly motivated, have a particular interest in Agricultural and Commercial Property work and is ready to move forward in their career. You will also ideally have some exposure to legal work or possess the LPC qualification.
