Digital Account Manager
Due to continued growth, our client based in Chesterfield requires a Digital Account Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the existing portfolio of business as well as driving and onboarding new clients.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for:
1. Account Management
2. Client Briefs
3. Working with the internal team on campaigns
4. Presenting and delivering to clients
The ideal candidate will have:
1. 2+ years account management experience.
2. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategy, particularly for Google and/or Meta.
3. A passion to unearth opportunities in the local and regional marketplace, utilising team capabilities.
4. Fantastic organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience working with CRM and planning systems.
6. Excellent communicator, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and building strong client relationships.
7. Proven experience working independently and as part of a team.
8. Being able to create and build full proposals, including sourcing insight, figures and market intelligence.
