Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Android Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and maintain our Android mobile applications.
As a Mobile Application Development Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate design approaches, prototype technology, and evaluate technical feasibility.
You will lead architecture and design of features from conception to launch, helping to improve engineering processes and tools to increase team effectiveness.
This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the core of Ring's offerings to our customers, working across teams to prototype ideas and solve complex problems.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
* Experience leading the architecture and design of new and current systems
* Professional software development experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#
* Android mobile application development experience in Kotlin and Java
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
