Compliance Officer - £19-£22k
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be working within a team of driven individuals, responsible for quality checking and submitting documents in order to achieve successful applications for grant funding. The role is based in the office and is full time, the package and benefits are as below:

Job Requirements
* Assisting the Compliance Assistant with administrative tasks as required including data submissions ensuring to maintain a good level of performance and efficiency.
* Processing grant funded claims through data processing.
* Organising and maintaining the office, including filing any documentation.
* Assisting with document production including copy typing and formatting in Word.
* Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages and directing the callers.
* File checking.
Essential Skills
* Demonstrates strong and accurate attention to detail.
* High levels of concentration.
* Meticulous.
* Good IT skills, including Outlook and Excel, including the ability to work with different software.
* Self-motivated, passionate, able to work quickly and under pressure.
* Ability to work in a flexible and responsive manner according to business requirements.
* Pro-active and works on own initiative.
* Ability to be confidential and handle sensitive information.
* Demonstrates a good level of English spelling and grammar.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise.

* Ability to work to deadlines, targets and monthly KPIs.
Desirable Skills
Use of Smartsheet, PASHUB and SharePoint, 1 year's ECO compliance experience.
Experience
A history of office-based work centred around both data entry and customer service, preferably within our industry, specifically the “Energy Company Obligation” would be desired but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
