The role of Finance Administrator sits within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, where your key responsibilities are to maintain and co-ordinate all customer pricing activities, alongside carrying out all checks on the Rebate and Commission invoices and computations of all commission statements. Your unique contribution You will have 3 main areas of responsibility: Rebates & Commission : Process rebate and commission invoices accurately adherence to payment terms, coordinating with external consultants and internal teams to address variances. Analysis of realised Rebate costs & creation of forecasts, leveraging external tools & team expertise. Pricing Management & Cost of Goods : Obtain and update customer pricing and trade terms following correct pricing procedure and maintaining a centralised pricing database across all systems. Analyse & document Cost of Goods standard cost & Transfer prices, working closely with operation teams to ensure data integrity in local ERP tools. Provide analysis & reconciliation of changes in both Pricing & Cost of Goods on quarterly basis to support reporting & forecasting. Forecasting and Documentation : Support preparation of 18-month phased price lists, maintain payment and discount terms at customer group level according to current pricing agreements and assumptions. Assist with monthly reporting (Month end P&L reporting, cash flow reporting, balance sheet management), document procedures, & support wider transformational change within FP&A Who you’ll be working with Internally, you’ll work with the FP&A team, accounting team, sales team, operations teams, brand owners and key account managers.
