To provide a reception service for the University facilities at the BioQuarter Campus and clerical support for the Building Management Team. The Opportunity: Provide a reception service to the BioQuarter Campus, which provides accommodation for approximately 1500 staff and postgraduate students and teaching accommodation for approximately 1200 undergraduate students. Your skills and attributes for success: Excellent interpersonal and secretarial skills. Previous reception experience. An up-to-date knowledge of applying Microsoft IT packages: Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer. Knowledge of reception work and ability to deal with people at all levels.
