Care Assistant Benefits:
* Looking for carers to cover weekdays and every other weekend.
We are looking for enthusiastic & friendly individuals, with kind and compassionate hearts to provide outstanding care to our elderly clients in Leigh and its surrounding areas. As a Home Instead CARE PROFESSIONAL, you will want to make a true difference to the quality of life for those you care for, and their families.
* Minimum 1-hour calls - with your own regular matched clients
* Time - to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit

* Excellent rate of pay - £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £12.50 per hour Saturday & Sunday. Double pay on bank holidays
* Extra payments - for mileage and wait* time between visits
* Varied contracts available -from Zero hours to Average hours

Qualifications
You do not need any experience or particular
qualifications
to become a Home Instead CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
