We are looking for a passionate & talented Part-Qualified Audit Senior, Semi Senior to join our growing & dynamic firm in the Leatherhead office as soon as possible.
You will be joining a friendly established team, that will support you through exams, whilst continuing to build on your audit experience. Beyond qualification the sky is the limit we will give you the opportunity to realise your potential and maximise your talent.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning, execution, and completion of audits reporting to managers and partners.
2. Preparation of accounts, reports and other assignments as required.
3. Co-ordinate planning at clients including liaising with relevant departments within the firm.
4. Communicating and building relationships with clients and related third parties.
5. Leading on-site audit teams and completing jobs with minimal supervision, to deadlines and within budget.
6. Business development including promoting the firm and its services to the existing client base and prospects.
7. Development and supervision of trainees
Required Skills & Attributes:
8. Studying towards ACA / ACCA qualification with the professional/ applied skills stage completed
9. Minimum 18 months experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice
10. Experience of leading external audit assignments from fieldwork to completion stages under International Standards on Auditing
11. Experience of preparing accounts in accordance with UK GAAP
12. Confident user of Microsoft Office suite – Intermediate/Advanced user of Word and Excel.
13. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
14. Strong communication skills with senior staff and clients
15. Motivated to take responsibility of the role and maintain a high level of quality service across all competencies.
16. Eligibility to work in the UK without any restrictions.
Desirable skills but not a must have requirement:
17. Knowledge of Caseware software system
18. Knowledge of Mercia audit methodologies
